We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
FeedBird is a web-based application that helps users repurpose YouTube video content into social media posts, including LinkedIn posts, tweets, threads, and blog articles. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze video transcripts and generate written content.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You retain ownership of the YouTube video URLs you submit and the source video content. You also own the social media content generated by the Service based on your inputs. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Content generated by the Service using AI is provided to you for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any generated content. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from errors, plagiarism, or factual inaccuracies.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by FeedBird and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans are subject to usage limits. Paid plans ("Pro") provide additional features and higher limits as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue, please contact us.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable advance notice.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to repurpose any YouTube video content you submit to the Service. This means you are either the video creator, have obtained permission from the creator, or the content is available under a license that permits repurposing. We are not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from your use of third-party content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing it on any platform. We disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedBird and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedBird and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeedBird operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
